Get rid of backdrop delay / Changing font color of movie description

Hey there,

Edit - Another Question:

It’s not possible to display the backdrop immediatly, is it? F*cking delay.

Old Question:

I’m using the xml feature of the 3rd gen wd tv. So no “normal” moviesheets but just the built-in function of the wd tv.

In case I’m not clear enough, I mean this feature:

And I’m wondering whether there’s a way to adjust the font-size or font-color used to show the xml-data because sometimes I can barely read it sitting on my couch.

I wouldn’t mind to change so theme xml files and I already tried it. I thought about adding a black shadow to the font, just by dublicating the existing description text-element and shifting it 1px down/right and behind the original. But I truly dont know which file(s) to change.

I hope someone here can help my with my problem :slight_smile:

I believe that’s in rv_gallery_browse or something like that.

Thanks buddy, that’s it.

For everyone else who isn’t that much into building own themes as I am.

Take the original rv_gallery_browse_page.xml and replace the line

with

and you will get a nice 2px black border with your now 4px bigger movie-desciption.
