Get content info not getting all content

Newbie here.

I just had my SMP compile my HD into the media share, and about 2/3 of the movies got the info added on (which is great!) but the other third is missing it.  Any ideas as to why?  I have gone to those individuals and tried to do them one at a time, but no go.

I also have extreme lag when trying to play movies when the hard drive is not connected directly to the SMP, which makes it unusable.  It will play music and run netflix/hulu no problem.  Any ideas on that?   Thank you all so much.

Hi Jaxtal, check if you have the latest firmware update installed. Where do you have the hard drive connected when the lag happens?
