Generating a CSR

Hey guys,

I’m really having an issue here. Im not super saavy when it comes to setting up servers. I need to generate a Certificate Signing Request on my DX4000 in order to get my SSL certificate working. But unfortuantly WD support doesn’t want to help me with this.

Has anyone had any success with generating a CSR on a DX4000 that would be willing to give me a quick walkthrough? I would really appreciate any help anyone could offer.

To get an ssl cert you have to generate the csr first?  So where did yoiu get the ssl? The getme domain wizard in the dashboard will walk you through the process.  If you have already purchased a cert from Go Daddy for example, they have info on their site to do this.
