I am experience a major drop in both read and write speeds on my Studio XL 24TB system. It is only half full, 9TB, and strangely dropped speed seemingly overnight. Any suggestions?

Have you opened up the software utility yet? On the dashboard of the utility it might point out that there is an issue in the unit. It could be related to the RAID volume or a physical disc.
