Hi. I have a G speed Studio drive , have downloaded the software utility which opens a web page asking for user name and password. No combination of forum or my PC name or password opens this page, and I’m not sure what the utility is offering even if I could get into it!

The G-Speed Studio software credentials are your computers administrator username and password.

Windows 10, one (admin) user, new install of the G-Speed Studio software - unable to login with admin username and password ???
Make sure you are using the “local user” names not a Windows user account.
All accounts on this machine are local.
Changed admin password; changed machine name; ran registry cleaner; re-installed G-speed Studio. Current user config - one ordinary user, one administrative user (admin). Still no luck logging in with admin and admin password.
Something finally worked! I don’t know which step did it. Thanks.
I’m glad you got it, I was about to ask you to call in so we could live troubleshoot but if you got in then that’s great.
