G-SPEED Shuttle XL with Thunderbolt 2 power supply died?

Hi everyone,
I have two G-SPEED Shuttle XL with Thunderbolt 2 of 24 Tb’s,
and one of them after being worked just fine as always, on the next day
simply just don’t turn on…actually does not do anything…simply died,
i tried with different power cables, different tb cables and different computers,
nothing…not even the slightest noise from inside…
i am almost sure, and i hope this can be the power supply of the controller…
this one is still on warranty so i already got things moving on with the reseller…
based on your experience, do you think i might be right?
never happened to me…and i just cant believe it…
thanks.
cheers.

I am having the exact same problem! My G-Speed Shuttle drive was working perfectly before I went to bed and woke up to find it is completely dead. I press the power button and nothing happens. It is completely dead! Does anyone have a solution aside from getting it replaced?

Same with me. Totally dead. How was it resolved?

Did you guys get the issue resolved?
Ive got two dead drives, a 96TB and a 72TB. Seems to be the Power supply. WD want the units sent back to them and will send back new drives, which means 96TB worth of Data been sent without wiping. Not impressed.

It went to WD. Was dead. Was replaced.

Cheers.
