G-Speed Shuttle SSD TB3 - Best Format for Windows

I have a new Shuttle SSD. It comes formatted in RAID 5 and HFS which is common for Mac. I have Paragon software so my Windows system can see the drive but the write speed is quite slow (under 200mbps) for an SSD. Should I format to NTFS or ExFat and will that allow for better performance? And I did I update my TB driver.

Thanks,
Scott
