G-Speed Shuttle Firmware Update?

The Utitlty software does not get a connection to the update server. The last firmware I have not installed.
How can I get the Firmware?
In the SUpport section i am not able to get a FW over the WD/G-Speed Internet site.
Can somebody help please.
How can I update the device or how can I get the latest FW?
