G-SPEED eS Rebuild Does Not Start After Drive Replaced

I replaced a failed drive in my G-SPEED eS unit, but the rebuild does not automatically start. The array shows a status of Disabled, and the Maintenance link shows the replaced drive as Offline Disk. I have powered the unit off and back on, rebooted my workstation, but nothing seems to trigger the rebuild process. I have irreplaceable files on the array and desperately need to get the array back online so that I can copy them to another location. Can anyone please help me?
