G-Speed cannot be found on my new Mac mini (m1, 2020, Big Sur).

I have a G-Technology G-Speed Studio (24TB) RAID array (maybe bought in 2014). Connects fine to my MacBook Pro (2015, running Catalina) but cannot be found on my new Mac mini (m1, 2020, Big Sur).

It only shows up on. My thunderbolt/USB4 device tree - here is the report:

Afraid I’m not much of a tech wiz so if anyone is so kind as to help please do so in layman’s terms. Very much need the raid for work.
