G-SAFE dead? - no lights, no fan

Hi everyone.

So, I checked on the G-SAFE today after a short trip away, and there were no lights and no fan. At first I though I’d either turned it off or unplugged it from the mains. Neither was the case. I’ve tried a different power cable and different outlet. Still no luck. Is it dead for good, or is there some kind of internal fuse, perhaps, that I could change and see if that would solve the problem?

There is an internal power supply on the G-SAFE, so trying a new cable is the extent of troubleshooting. If there is still no power it is likely that the internal power supply burnt out.

I’ve cracked open the G_SAFE and saw that the fuse is blown. I’ve ordered a pack of replacements on ebay, so that will hopefully bring it back to life.

Well, a new fuse didn’t help. Looks like the PS is fried. Any chance you sell replacements?

We don’t have any components for the devices available. Best option would be to swap the drives into another G-SAFE of equal generation.
