G-RAID3 no longer detected

Hello! I own this G-RAID3 for more than 10 years and it’s always been reliable. Recently, during an MP4 file transfer between my android phone and G-RAID3 (via my SONY VAIO laptop) connection suddenly stopped and since then I cannot access the G-RAID3 any longer, neither with the eSATA connection nor the USB 2.0. The drive powers up and the control light on the front panel stays on, however, it is not seen by my laptop in the device manager at all. I tried with a different laptop - the same problem. The only readable sign that it is there shows up when G-RAID3 is connected via USB 2.0 cable to my laptop, this setup allows me to see the drive in ‘Devices and Printers’ as ‘G-RAID’, but no access to its content is possible! I would very much appreciate any help you could provide. Thank you.

Thank you for contacting me. Yes, I have, reference #: 221126-002486. Mr. Khanring L., the fellow who contacted me on behalf of WD has been kind enough to suggest the ‘Troubleshooting & Tips for Your External Hard Drive or Portable SSD’ link, however I was already going through all those steps before opening the Support Case. He also mentioned the ‘Alternate 3rd-Party Data Recovery Options’ link… well, how am I suppose to get this option into consideration if I simply CANNOT ACCESS the drive from ANY computer? Aforementioned ‘I cannot access the G-RAID3 any longer’ was not just a metaphor. Last, Mr. K.L. directed me towards the WD Community, which seems to be my last hope.
I’m well aware I’m neither the first nor the last individual who has been confronted with such an unfortunate incident, nevertheless it’s really hard to get a good night sleep after it happens.
