I have inherited a G-RAID2 640GB unit, Part #907208-01, but there is no available support information on the G-Technology website for this product. I have no idea if this unit is configured for RAID0 or RAID1, and I need the correct RAID configuration utility. Windows 10 or macOS High Sierra.
It is RAID0 and it is NOT configurable.
The product is over 10 years old so there is no support for the device.
Thank you for the information, but I wasn’t looking for product support, I was looking for product information. Whether or not support is officially provided for legacy products, it is customary for companies to continue to make available the product information even after support ends.
