G-RAID w/ TB3 - icons not updating

Hello,

I have an 8TB G-RAID with TB3. I downloaded the G-RAID icon package and followed the instructions to update the icon on my iMac pro but with no luck. All I see is an ICNS icon where the G-RAID is supposed to be. Any suggestions on how to fix it other than what is posted on support page?

The support page instructions are sound but you can also just open the icon folder that has been downloaded, open the Get Into window on the drive, and drag the icon you want onto the small image at the top of the Get Info window and you will notice a green + then just let go of the button. If you see that then it means it is working.

The drag and drop method worked. Strange that the copy and paste solution didn’t work but glad to have it resolved. Thank you!
