I have several 8TB G-RAID with Thunderbolt 2 drives that I use to back-up media on via Mac and PC. I have deleted the RAID configuration using Mac OS Disk Utility and formatted both drives as ExFAT volumes. Is it possible to create a RAID configuration with ExFAT or does someone have any other recommendation?
That unit can be formatted for exFAT just fine since the RAID is hardware controlled by the device.
