G Raid Thunderbolt 2 + Apple Thunderbolt 3 adaptor

Any issues using G Raid Thunderbolt 2 models on Thunderbolt 3 computers using the Apple Thunderbolt 3 adatpor (https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MMEL2AM/A/thunderbolt-3-usb-c-to-thunderbolt-2-adapter)?

As long as it is a Mac then the adapter will work fine.

Hey,

I have a Mac Pro with Thunderbolt 2 ports. I have a 4TB G Drive USB-C/Thunderbolt 3. The drive is formatted with exFat. With the Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adaptor, the drive will not mount. Thoughts? Is exFat the problem? Kinda urgent. Thanks.

Make sure you are plugging into the TB3 ports on the back of the drive and not the USB one. exFAT could partially be an issue just due to corruption on the volume.
