G-Raid Studio warranty repair, Enclosure Only

I am extremely reluctant to give up the internal drives that hold 6TB of content. Any thoughts on how to return only the enclosure on my G-Raid Studio 12TB?

Purchased through Amazon, but I can’t find a way to get this done, since I only want to return the enclosure for repair.

The enclosure is the only thing you can actually create an RMA for on our website. The device itself has both a chassis (enclosure) serial # and a kit (full unit) serial number.

If you go to our website and create an RMA using the chassis SN it will be for the enclosure only. So you would send in just the empty chassis. RMA Creation
