I have two G-Raid Studio 12TB Thunderbolt drives. They were both working fine until this morning when one of them powered off. It will not power on, when pressing the power button in the back it flashes the front light for a second and that is all. No fan no drive noises. I have tried the others power adapter and changing Thunderbolt cords and still no change. I did test the drives in the working housing and they are fine. I created an RMA and need to know if I need to send in the drives and the housing or just the drives?

Do not send the drives. The RMA you created is for the chassis only so only send the chassis. Do not send any accessories either.
