I have a 5 drive G-Raid Pro and it seems one of the drives has failed as I get an initialize warning on the Mac. I have a new drive to replace the one (I think) has gone bad. Does anyone know what Configurator I can use to rebuild the array? Part Number is 912002-01.
There is no configurator for the G-RAID Pro. The device has its own built in webGUI. The IP address that is on the front LCD panel is how you would access it to manage it.
Hi, thanks for responding. My drive does not have an LCD display on it. Just a white LED next to each drive and then a power LED.
Bump. Seeing if anyone has ideas on how to rebuild this.
