recently i upgraded my g-raid gen 4 drive. it originally had two 1tb drives inside it. i removed 1 of the drives and replaced it with a 3tb but now it isnt working correctly. partition wizard picks up that it is there bu says Ext Hard Disk USB, MBR, 0.50 KB.
any idea what the issue might be? is there something that i need to install either on my drive or on my pc to pick it up? if i put the drive in my pc it reads it no problem as a 3tb drive. im stumped. any help appreciated. thank you
Those units aren’t user serviceable because the RAID controller was built for specific drives and capacities.
