I just bougth a G-RAID 2 (12TB) but my mac is not seeing it. I plug in the USB cable that came with it. I installed the G-RAID with Thunderbolt Configurator program BUT it says NO DEVICE FOUND. I use a Mac MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) with Mac OS 11.6.2.
