G-RAID 16Tb Red Light

I have a iMac with a G-RAID 16Tb connected to it Configured as RAID 1 (Mirror), but the drive lights up RED.

Is there a way to diagnose this problem.

Unable to login to Mac as Drive is not working and the Home directories are located on this drive?

To power offG-RAID USB, press and hold the On/Offpower button until the unit shuts down. To use G-RAID USB on Windows, go to Windows Use. To use G-RAID USB on Mac and Windows together, go to Cross-Platform Use. myBayCare
