G Hard Disk won't show the data volume while connected to a new PC

Hi,

My G-technology disk works pretty well in my old PC ((windows 10 pro), then I got a new PC these days and backed up all my files in it, and now when connecting to this new PC (windows 10 pro as well), I can only see the Utities volume, but can never see the data volume, which has 9TB capacity and has 5TB of my data.

What should I do to show my data volume? Any step is needed?
