G-Drive Not Connected but Disk Management Says It Is

I’m a freelance audio engineer and producer and I’ve had my 4TB G-Drive USB 3.0 since August of 2019 for audio and music production. The hard drive was formatted in Windows straight out of the box.

I haven’t had any issues at all throughout my seven months of usage until my computer was sent to my local repair shop to get an upgrade on its hard drive. It now has a Solid State drive and it was running smoothly until almost a week ago, my G-Drive was not loading any of my files (plug-ins, sounds for music creation). My music software could not locate my G-Drive during my production sessions. Several other installer programs couldn’t locate the G-Drive to transfer files to my music software apps. Disk Management states that it is connected but even the G-Technology Assistant kept scanning for it. The “eject all devices” option is greyed out but the G-Drive is plugged in, its light is on and I cannot seem to load any of my musical work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
