My 1TB G drive has failed - I have two, the first one failed about a month after purchase, sent it back and got a replacement, this one is a different drive, now failed six months in - both used with Macbook Pro 2018. Is there an issue with these drives? I’m going to send this one back now also under the guarantee, but it’s such a waste of time and energy having to redo projects from backups and being without a drive while the replacement is being processed…
