G-drive 6tb thunderbolt on windows (on mac)

Hey guys!

Hoping I can get some insight since Apple was not too knowledgeable on this topic. I just purchased the 6tb G raid with a thunderbolt. I would like to use this hard drive on my windows side only. I am currently using a mac desktop that is running windows 10 on windows bootcamp but I would only like to use the hard drive on my windows side. I wanted to know what is the best and easiest way to install the G-drive.

Do I:

  1. Install the g-drive on my mac side and adjust the partition of windows from the mac side after the g-drive has been installed?

or

  1. Do I run the windows only G-drive software?

or

  1. Do I install HFS+Windows by paragon on my window side?
