G-Drive 6TB - Failure

I have a 6TB G-Drive Professional. It has demised over a 48 hour period. First my Mac said there was a problem that coudl not be fixed and I coudl copy from the drive but not make changes.
I started to back up through finder which got about half the data off (I am a photographer so this is important data to me) then it started hanging and would not mount. Eventually it now is not recognised in any of my mac computers I try.

This is really not good, I trusted this brand and the Pro version.

Any ideas?
