FW V. 1.05.30 causes dashboard to hang

Ever since FW V. 1.05.30, Chrome and I.E. hangs when using the dashboard.  The only browser that I found that works with dashboard is Firefox.

Anyone else have problems with dashboad hanging?

Hi there and welcome to the WD community.

Try to reset the unit to see if this can make the unit work properly. Also try to see if this happens on a different computer and see if you can access the dashboard.

ArMark,

Whats the difference between pushing the reset button and doing a proper shutdown or reboot?  Pressing the reset button is harder on the os than a proper shutdown or reboot.
