Its funny that support for the Gen2 lasts only one month. I choose this one not the LIVE because I dont need NET functions and what happend? Live player is supported and now, G2 its not supported. Why? I cant use player anymore. What can I do to make my player same like LIVE without Net support,  I by the same player. Why you dont tell us that this player will be not supported?

Are you confusing free tech support with ongoing firmware updates?  Free tech support is only for one month.  Firmware updates are different kind of product support.  Also, the WD TV HD is not the same as the WD TV Live, even without networking.
