Full reset 60 Hours and counting

Hi, 'have a 4TB Mirrored RADI0 MyCloud device. I had to do a full factory reset as it was not being seen by any of my machines. I set the full factory reset off 60 hours ago and it is still not finished??? is this right? if not, how do I fix it?

after a week it is still rebooting, Are you suggesting that I now RMA the product?
