Full backup performed always after computer restart

Dear community,

Purchases a My Book Live Duo and installed WD SmartWare on Win7 64-bit.

Initial configuration of SmartWare is done and the software started with the first full backup.

When this was finished, I restarted the computer and noticed that SmartWare started again to perform a full backup.

The same behaviour occurs every time when the computer is restarted.

Shouldn’t SmartWare only backup a the new/modified files?

Any idea why the full backup is done every time?

By design SmartWare should only update the backup, not create a new one with every restart.  You may try uninstalling it, then restart the computer and reinstall latest version.  You can also try from a different computer, to compare results.
