FTP App - problems with web interface

I’ve been using the FTP App to move files (long story …) which has worked well until today. I have two issues:

  1. I cannot edit an existing job - I can click on modify but none of the fields are editable
  2. If I create a job, and choose login using “account”, then no fields are displayed to enter the userid and password (this is not consistent - same issue across various browsers but seems to work the first time I try after starting the browser)

Is this just me or what ? It’s driving me bonkers - running latest code on a PR2100

You should go back to the WD Community and post this topic under Network Attached Storage selecting the correct sub-forum for your device,

See the dedicated subforum for the My Cloud Pro Series. You will find users more familiar with that device in that subforum.

This subforum (My Cloud) generally discusses the single bay/single drive My Cloud which has way less features/options than the Pro Series.
