FTP acces on the sharespace 4tb after upgrade firmware

Can somebody tell we how i have to log on to the ftp server again. it workt until de upgrade.

Here are the steps to access FTP

Note: The username and password are case sensitive so make sure that you are typing with the same case that you used to create the user on the drive

  • You should now have access to the file system on the drive as long as nothing is blocking connection.

Note: You can view the current IP of the drive by logging into the Storage Manager and then click on System Status

FTP://USER@PASS:IPADDRESS

*USER(USER NAME)

*PASS(PASSWORD)

*ADDRESS(ACTUAL IP ADDRESS USED) MUST BE STATIC

Sorry I didnt mean to put smiley faces in the message I guess thats how it shows the answer If you take a look at the bottom of the message you will see the correct FTP procedure.
