WD products are unreal!! It’s like someone unleashed a deliberate attack on the digital community to hamper everything we do with substandard garbage. NOTHING from the manual and ‘support’ links and discussions worked to solve the HUGE list of issues and conflicts. I use the most common hardware and software known to North Americans - everything I have is off the shelf and not customized - and WD fails to work with it. I can’t get files to play, devices to recognize, networks to show up, or updates to work.
DO NOT buy this garbage, you will regret it. WD is the origin of tech rage.
