Frozen formatting

hi!

i have mycloud ex2 with two 6 TB WD hard drives.

I tried to format those drives using the dahsboard utilities app.

it started arrvied yesterday evening to 25%, but when i looked at today it showed 0%.

it is forzen like this and i don’t know what to do.

i use RAID1.

please help me!
