Hello… Need your help

When I turn on my HD LIVE box and have connected it with my 2 year old Sony TV trough HDMI so seek it and after approx. 2 min it comes into the menu where it starts on the “VIDEO” but it freezes right away - I can not get it to move away from the "VIDEO"and can no assets “VIDEO” - I can do nothing.
1 time previously, it enabled me to get to my movies and play but not since - When I disconnect it on other TV works
What could be wrong?

Have you tried to reset the unit? also, are you using the latest the firmware.

Reset like take off the power? - Yes…

And the neweste fireware should be at it… A friend have updatet it… It works with no problem with hes tv
