For some reason I can no longer access one of the profiles on my passport. As soon as I try to log in it freezes and all I can do is close it. But only one profile is doing this, the other one works just fine with my data intact. Does anyone have any idea on how I can retrieve my files from the other profile?
If you’re using wdsync, then no. That profile got corrupted and the data is lost. If you’re talking about SmartWare, you can try going into the drive itself, and click down through the folder structure of that profile to see if you can access your data.
