Hi
Why not offer mirrored online back up for all drives, as no drive is ever really 100% safe from failure… that way you would have happy customers should a drive fail, and they know the data is safe, rather than rely on 3rd party back up plans?
So, if you buy a 6TB drive, you get 6TB of mirrored online back up…?
I wish Apple would do this with iCloud. I pay enough for the bloody phone, the least they could do is give me some free storage that fits the device storage…
