Formatting USB Disks in WD My Cloud Mirror

The firmware on the WD My Cloud Mirror does not allow you to format the usb disk and delete the old data.
Required to connect to a Windows computer that disk before connecting to the NAS.
You may want to add in Settings - Utility function Format disk and Scan disk now missing.
