couldn’t continue setup my cloud mirror when a dialogue box pop up and says “formatting error”. how to fix it? thx!

You may get a better response if you give a few more details like that what where the steps leading up to your erorr message and what step failed. Could the error be related to the format of some input to the GUI like are you naming something with special characters or something like that?
Is the problem repeatable if you reset the MCM back to factory settings?
