Im just wondering because ive seen alot of posts on the internet that you should format your hard drive the slow way -.- as soon as you buy it or you will regret it later. But i dont see why should i do this, its NTFS already and working great, i just delete the SmartWare exes of the root folder and woila. Or am i missing something? Just want to make sure before i relocate all of my data to it. Thanks, help greatly appreciated.
If you bought a new external drive you dont have to format ir, unless you bought a NTFS drive and you would like to use it on a mac, or if you bought a HSF + drive and want to use it on a PC
