I’ve recent found my old 1TB Passport and I’m pretty confident I know what the password is to unlock the drive, but I don’t ever remember setting up a username.
I’m getting a completely deiffernt login screen from what I remember having on my old pc. I’m using a Win10 laptopn now and the WD Smartware unlock software is asking for a username and password. When I enter the user name, it prefixes the username with a domain of "sites". Is this right?
Is the username for my device something I’ve set up or is it something already set up by default?
As I said, I’m pretty confident I know the password… just never seen the username before.
