as I mentioned in the subject that I have forgotten the password but it is still open Automatically on my old PC , so is there away to change the password or get it

Changing the password requires you to remember the old password.
The only thing I can recommend is that you save your data on another drive, format your drive (this will delete the security from it) and then you copy your data back to the drive.
