I have forgotten my password for the 1 TB muy passport external portable HD. I am ready to reformat it so that I can pass it on to my family member.
It appears that I cannot reformat it to make it usable for mac computer.
my questiins:
how can i recover password?
how can I re format the drive…mac cannot recognize the devise becuase it is unlocked.
thnaks guys for any help
Try logging on about 5 or 6 times and it should give an option to erase.
