I purchased an new iMac that crashed and cannot remember the password for my G Drive mobile USB. How can I reset the G Drive so I can transfer my info?

You cannot reset the password in order to access the drive. You can erase the drive in the Disk Utility and start over but it will of course erase the content.

That process is the standard format process via Disk Utility.
