Force firmware upgrade?

Hi
my device is not updating its firmware (right now is running 7.16.0-220)
Is there any way to force the upgrade?
When is it supossed to be “updated on the air”?

The Galaxy tab, laptop and MCH are all on the same private network 192.168.0.xxx. The router has unpnp enabled. But the android app says Local connection but the browser on the laptop says Relay connection. And as I mentioned my MCH otaclient.log is empty. Below are my firewall settings. Firewall protection - Enabled Block fragmented IP packets - Enabled Port scan detection - Enabled IP flood detection - Enabled
