Sometimes I have problems playing a newly moved file over(has almost always been mp4 when that occurred), but I would just click on the file again and it would start playing(maybe after 2 or 3 more tries though). However, this time it hasn’t done that. The above file is on a WD 2TB Green external, with thousands of other files, most of them AVI. The codecs listed above are also found in other files that I checked after the failure to play, and those files worked. The above file plays on VLC, so I know that the file actually DOES work, somewhere at least. I also reset the Hub, to no avail, but not the external.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

What firmware are you running n the unit?

I’m assuming you are referring to the firmware in the Hub, which is the stuff that came with the Hub, and updated when the last update came out.

Post the mediainfo for one that works that you think is the same.

The above says it’s 29.000 fps, which is entirely wierd…

I just said forget it, and am converting the files to mp4. I already checked the new ones that I have finished already, and they work fine.

Thanks anyway.
