Following shortcomings in wd gen2 media player

I have wdgen2.  've seen something missing;

  1. Most of the 1080p and 720p wmv video does not play. …
  2. 1920x1200 wmv video does not play…
  3. one-touch zoom control directly from, subtitle options, and the audio and video formats can you access information…

          I see all of the features mentioned above, this makes asus o’play. Why do wd gen2 get.

Please do them in a new firmware…
