Hi, I just copied several folders into a external HDD I connected directly to My Cloud unit using the USB port of My Cloud.
After ejecting the HDD, a plug it into my laptop. I can see the HDD and the older folders but I cannot see any of the folders or files I copied from the My Cloud.
Is there any way to solve this and being able to access those files?
