how do i remove a folder from my cloud
If you are asking how to remove a folder within a Share on a local My Cloud you would delete it like any other folder using Windows File Explorer or Mac Finder.
If you are asking how to delete a Share (or the very top level folder) on a local My Cloud, that can be removed/deleted/created through the My Cloud Dashboard.

If accessing the My Cloud remotely one should be able to use the MyCloud.com web portal, the WD Desktop application or the WD mobile app for iOS or Android to remove folders with a Share.
